L1nk.bio Terms of Use

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between HK Zone Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the owner and operator of the L1nk.bio service ("L1nk.bio"), and any person or entity using L1nk.bio ("User," "you," or "your").

2. Acceptance

By using L1nk.bio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use L1nk.bio.

3. Use of L1nk.bio

3.1. L1nk.bio provides a service that allows you to gather your social media profiles, websites, and other online content in one page.

3.2. By using L1nk.bio, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Turkey and the United Kingdom. This includes, but is not limited to:

The UK Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018

Turkish Law No. 5651 on Regulating Publications on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed Through These Publications

Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works

Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK)

3.3. You may not use L1nk.bio for any of the following purposes:

Posting or sharing any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, hateful, racist, sexist, or otherwise objectionable.

Infringing the intellectual property rights of others.

Distributing viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other harmful software.

Interfering with or disrupting the operation of L1nk.bio or its servers.

Impersonating any person or entity or providing misleading information.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. L1nk.bio and its content (including designs, text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and other materials) are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2. Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, transmit, or otherwise use any part of L1nk.bio without the Company's prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

5.1. L1nk.bio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no warranties that L1nk.bio will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

5.2. The Company will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use L1nk.bio.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company's total liability arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use L1nk.bio exceed 100 USD.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all third-party claims, demands, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of L1nk.bio.

8. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will be effective upon posting on L1nk.bio.

9.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Turkey.
